We visited the cape for a weekend to enjoy the beach and a seafood dinner. Sue knew we would "someday" buy a cape house. She spotted a new listing that had everything on our wish list. Two days later, we left the cape with a contract for our new vacation home. We love it so much that in less than a year, we have made it our permanent home.
